Intercultural Transitions works with multinational corporations, diplomatic entities, international schools, and non-profit organizations to design, develop, and launch their TCK services and programs. As a result, clients feel empowered and motivated to incorporate learnings and approaches holistically into their systems and “flow of care.” Intercultural Transition clients implement sustainable change management and transition strategies to improve TCK pre-departure and re-entry orientations and increase intercultural awareness in debriefing programs.
